Who our HR Manager is:

The HR Manager provides comprehensive HR support to the business within Generation Y to facilitate improved business performance through employee engagement and talent development. He/she is accountable for the implementation of our HR strategy, goals and tactics to enable delivery of the business objectives. This includes continuing to develop a culture of cooperation, innovation and continuous improvement. The role delivers strong HR services to managers and employees through the full employment life cycle.

How will be a typical day @GY?

You will:

  • Designs and implements the recruiting strategy
  • Develop and maintain networks, both internally and externally, to identify key talent and build ongoing pipelines
  • Monitor employee annual Evaluation
  • Plan employees’ career development paths with managers
  • Organize learning and development projects
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports as requested
  • Ensuring proactive employee communications on Organization's process and policies

Responsibilities:

We are looking for passionate HR Manager with:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related field and a Master's degree in HR
  • 3 years minimum experience in leading a team
  • Proven experience of 4-6 years in full life cycle recruitment, experience in international recruitment is a prerequisite
  • Fluent in both written and verbal Greek and English
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments without compromising quality or service
  • Excellent project management, personal organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills are required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with candidate databases, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
